UK Income Seminar Program

For 53 years the UK Income Tax Seminar has delivered timely, high-quality training to tax professionals in Kentucky.  We are going to continue that practice in 2020.  However, the COVID-19 has necessitated major changes in how the 2020 seminars will be delivered.

Thanks to those of you who completed our recent survey.  We wanted to know what you though about how to proceed.  More than half of you still wanted face-to-face delivery, and if there was a way to do that safely, we would prefer that too. You've made it clear that the in-person format and interaction with our instructors is what sets us apart from other options you have to meet your continuing education needs.

We will return to face-to-face seminars as quickly as possible, but it will not be in 2020.  The logistical hurdles with venues and social distancing, and, more importantly, the health and safety of participants, instructors, and staff has led us to the decision to offer this year's seminars via on-line seminars.  We will have the same knowledgeable instructors, the same books and materials, and the same continuing education credits as before. We will have mechanisms in place for you to interact with the instructors in real-time to get clarifications and answers to your questions. We will have procedures to verify attendance and participation to ensure you are certified for the appropriate hours of continuing eduction.

Many of you have attended our seminars for decades. We appreciate your loyalty and look forward to seeing you from year to year.  We hope this is a temporary solution to a serious issue. We will make every effort to make this as easy as possible for you to participate and engage with the UK Income Tax Seminars.

The 2020 UK Income Tax Seminar is filled with useful information that will provide the information you need to prepare and file 2020 returns. Our seminars are organized like our traditional, 2-day seminar format, but because it is online, you can opt to take the course in four half-day sessions if you would prefer. Both formats provide the same content and 16 hours of CPE.
